Oftentimes, I embark on exploration with the person in front of me, starting with just one question: "how do I heal?"
I don't know about others (as Creangă would say)...
I'm not sure how others perceive the health/illness pattern...
But when I think of the term "healing," it reflects in the mirror of my system something like this (intentionally surpassing the oral sphere, which often serves merely as a holographic image of the whole):
Healing is not a given but a revealed Form.
Healing requires navigating confidently in the biochemistry of metabolic juices.
To calm symptoms and precisely understand how molecules interact within the tapestry of affected tissue or organ. This can be successfully checked off alongside a healthcare provider interested in integrative healing.
Healing itself does not exist except through the polarized perspective of a pre-existing ailment. If we understand that alongside evil, there exists in the same linear dimension goodness; with pain, relief; with dysfunctionality, physiological flow, then the concept itself loses power and importance.
What would be useful to develop is this Art of anchoring in the zero point, where opposites and polarization shake hands. And it's not a place to stay, because life will always expel us to the periphery, with an evolutionary, innovative purpose and expansion of consciousness.
Healing is Neutrality.
Healing is not the prerogative of the doctor, psychologist, coach, consultant, protocol, chemical, magical, savior pill, or any other external factor.
Healing is Understanding the Being in as many dimensions as possible.
Healing means being conscious, making correlations, and understanding causalities.
Healing is Patience and Impatience.
Healing is Knowledge (which comes as coherent integration post-information accumulation).
Healing is Education (not learning in the classic sense of training a system but...
"... an education that will teach that everything comes from within, that everything you see and touch, correct or wrong, good or bad, is just a projection of an invisible, powerful world that resides inside you" - prof. Elio D' Anna).
Healing is Creative Curiosity coexisting with Competitive Comparison.
Healing means Trial and Error until you "meet" the frequency suitable for your disharmony.
In fact, it's a Meeting.
Every Romanian speaker analyzes the word "meeting" in two terms:
-"în" and "tâlnire", "ire" is a suffix
- and the core of the word is practically "tâlni", which in Hungarian means hitting the target.
In other words, the meeting is a successful throwing at the target or reaching the target.
That's what healing is = a real meeting with disharmony.
Healing involves initially the Experiment of Observation.
Healing is Energy Movement.
The main attribute of an inert body is a dynamic language, of movement, a fluid language...
Cells dance in the interstitial fluid, intracellular organelles move to the music of the cytoplasm, breath is a "breathing-emission" (it seems that the Big Bang wasn't that Biiig and not even a Bang but a subtle Cosmic exhale) an effortless, fluid movement and not necessarily airy (a kind of replication of embryonic respiration - term encountered in Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen), inner waters circulate and bathe shores far from the Heart's center, molecules speak to each other through a photon dance.
Healing appears through the "alignment" of the Mind, when it penetrates the silence, the stillness, which actually allows, at the same time, the complete Movement of bodily structures.
Healing means discovering and respecting your inner Truth.
When mental rumination ceases, there are real chances of creative movement within your being. There, with the help of Inspiration and Certainty, gently integrating feelings of victimization and devaluation, pride and resentment, you find the resources directly towards homeostasis.
Healing cannot be understood and grasped with the ordinary mind, it's a process that does not belong to the conditioned Mind.
It can be initiated by the Higher Mind but it has its own course.
Healing is found in the alignment with the biochemical settings of your cellular genetics.
Trying to translate this seemingly complicated concept of WELLNESS through a genetic sequence of nitrogenous bases, I realize that we are in the last moments of transit of the Sun in codon 23 on the DNA string.
You might be familiar with Richard Rudd's "Gene Keys" system.
This codon speaks about the journey of life, from Complexity to Quintessence, passing through the station of Simplicity.
The 23rd genetic divine frequency, at its superior expression, contains a sacred truth: "have more trust in your own inner path than in any teaching or teacher from the outside."
"In the case of Buddha, many millions of Buddhists have followed his teachings, but very few have managed to read between the lines and extract the living essence. However, the truths left by the great masters are much easier to embody than your mind believes. Following the mystical path means fully surrendering to the things that lie within you.
The middle way is a path of total abandonment, formed as you walk it. It is a path born from nothingness, not walked by anyone before you, and therefore without any rules, logic, or reason.
But to walk this path, you must penetrate deeply into yourself and discover that authentic essence that only you can recognize.
This is Buddha's fever."
As a conclusion, but by no means definitive, on the fractal model, we could build integrative healing, collapsing emotional waves where simplicity meets the essence of self, according to new mental maps, right at the border where SIMPLICITY meets courteously COMPLEXITY.
